We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EV Sales Trainer to lead, train, and mentor our EV sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electric vehicle market and a proven track record in automotive sales. As the EV Sales Coach, you will play a key role in ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and stays up-to-date on the latest EV technologies and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs focused on EV sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
• Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales staff to improve their performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized strategies for success.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable feedback to ensure goals are met.
• Product Expertise: Ensure the team is well-versed in all aspects of Tata.ev products, including features, benefits, and the overall customer experience.
• Customer Experience: Train the team to provide an exceptional customer journey, focusing on educating customers about electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and government incentives.
• Sales Strategy: Work with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies for achieving dealership goals.
• Market Awareness: Keep the team informed on the latest developments in the EV industry, including new technologies, trends, and competitor activities.
• Problem Solving: Assist team members in overcoming sales challenges and closing deals effectively.
• Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications:
• 2 - 3 Years proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on electric vehicles (EV) preferred.
• Candidate must have be a B-Tech graduate.
• Prior experience in a coaching, training, or leadership role within a sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the EV market, technology, and customer pain points.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for sustainable mobility and clean technology.
