• Develop training programs : Design and coordinate training programs based on the needs of the organization and employees. This includes creating curriculum, selecting resources, and preparing notes and visual displays.
• Conduct training : Lead training courses, including group discussions, role-playing activities, and demonstrating equipment.
• Evaluate training : Use surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Use the results to plan future courses or improve existing ones.
• Provide career development : Provide career development sessions for existing staff and induction sessions for new employees.
• Assist with recruitment : Help with the creation of job profiles or position descriptions.
• Stay updated : Stay updated with industry trends.
• Analyze sales : Analyze sales KPIs and performance results.
• Communicate : Communicate with managers and implement feedback.
