NHIP Trainer

JD Objective: -To conduct NHIP/refresher trainings for identified role-holders within timelines to optimizetheir competencies and help them scale up their performanceo Minimum 5 years work experienceo Minimum 3 years of training experienceo Sector: Telecom/Handset/Retail/Bank

Base Location: Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore,Chennai,Ahmedabad,Hyderabad & Pune

Salary: 30000-40000 per month (in hand)

Responsibilities:Trainers who will take physical classroom training in their base locations or virtualtraining across the country.

Trainers to do "26" Training man-days in a month and must conduct NHIP batches duringthe 26 working days.

Trainer Booting & CertificationAll new trainers will undergo a boot camp conducted by the Master Trainer for 30 days,covering:o

Trainer ways of workingo Product, process and tool knowledge

• Behavior Training & Role-plays
• 3 days of Store visit - to observe ways of working at the storeTrainer will be certified by the clientBootcamp and certification clearance is mandatory.On the Job Training for Trainers-
• Post attending the NHIP and clearing all the certification levels, all the trainers tocomplete their OJT in which they must be at a high walk-in legacy or NGS store (indiscussion with D2C Head & central team) to serve customers. This OJT will be for half amonth and trainers must handle all type of customers and serve them like CRO.
• During this OJT period trainers must achieve the GAD requirements mentioned as per thebusiness policy set at that time.

Pay: Up to ?36,000.00 per month
