  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Capable to handle the sales team and business owners who attends the training.
  • Problem Solving , Decision Making & Leadership quality. Schedule Training sessions for New Executives and Technicians on a regular basis.
  • Complete product and sales training for all new executives and continual evaluating them.
  • Identify the Strengths and weaknesses of the executives for further training required.
  • Maintain updated curriculum records and training database.
  • Managing training materials and suggesting improvements.
  • Create training content and presentations.
  • Strategize new training methods to be implemented.
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
