Preferred
1) Should be a seasoned sales trainer
2) Field training experience preferred
3) comfortable in travelling
4) Should be good in creating and understanding data report
Eligibility
1. Post Graduate / Master's degree (Preferred) in Marketing
/Sales/Business or similar.
2. Minimum 10 -12 years of relevant experience.
Role
Good in Content development and PPT creation skills
Should be comfortable with online offline both trainings
Prior exposure to Handholding and managing OJT
Driving business conversion and revenue
Should have taken initiatives to make training more effective and business improvement
Should know how to do TNI
Batch success rate should be good
Should know how to create Info-graphics, one pager, knowledge deck etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Tilak Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• total work: 8 years (Preferred)
• Sales Trainer: 8 years (Preferred)
