Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer at Aimlay Pvt Ltd in Rohini. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to employees, assessing training needs, designing educational curricula, organizing workshops and seminars, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Training and Development, Curriculum Design, and Workshop Organization skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
