Job Summary: The Training and Development Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the training and development programs for the sales team of a trading company. This position will work closely with the sales management team to identify the training needs of the sales team and develop training programs to improve their skills and knowledge. The Training and Development Head will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement training and development programs for the sales team
• Identify the training needs of the sales team and develop training programs to address those needs
• Collaborate with the sales management team to identify and implement strategies for improving sales performance
• Deliver training sessions to the sales team and provide follow-up coaching and support
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales training and development trends and best practices
• Find trainers to train the team both online and offline
• Keep track of team member development based on trainings done
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development in a sales environment
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
