Job Description

A sales trainer's job is to help sales employees grow their skills and knowledge of the sales industry. They may also help other staff members outside of sales develop their sales skills. Here are some responsibilities of a sales trainer:

• Analyze training needs Identify training needs by analyzing sales performance results and KPI's.
• Develop training programs Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and employees.
• Create training materials Develop training resources, such as notes, visual displays, videos, and case studies.
• Conduct training Conduct training courses, including demonstrations, group discussions, and role-playing activities.
• Evaluate training Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation.
• Provide career development Provide career development sessions for existing staff and induction sessions for new employees.
• Assist with recruitment Assist with the recruitment process by helping to create job profiles or position descriptions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Yearly bonus
