Job Title:

Malayalam Trainer - BPO Sales Training (Insurance Preferred)

Location:

Koramangala, Bangalore

Shift:

Day Shift (6 days working, 1 day off)

Language:

English + Malayalam + Any Local Language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred)

Experience:

Must have hardcore outbound sales & BPO

Training

experience (Insurance preferred)

Transport:

Own transport required

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct sales training sessions for Malayalam-speaking teams Develop and implement training modules for outbound sales processes Enhance sales skills, objection handling, and conversion techniques Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching for improvement Ensure adherence to sales compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO environment Strong expertise in outbound sales training (Insurance sector preferred) Excellent communication and coaching skills Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and any other local language.
