• Develop and deliver training programs tailored for automobile sales teams.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs within the sales force based on performance data.
• Create training materials specific to automobile products, features, and market trends.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and role-playing exercises for effective product demonstrations.
• Train sales teams on upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques for automobile sales.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure knowledge of new vehicle models and technologies.
• Monitor and assess sales staff performance, providing targeted feedback for improvement.
• Stay current on automotive industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Support the onboarding of new sales representatives with product-specific training.
• Foster a customer-centric sales approach, emphasizing excellent service and relationship building.
