Supporting the team in planning and execution of the business expansion plan for the designated districts
a. Responsible for creating awareness of our product to Associatess, target customers, retailers and
distributors.
b. Supporting MAs and help them to achieve the same on quality parameters.
c. Supporting the Marketing Associates to achieve the targets within timeframe.
(Beat Plan is a rout plan to make visits to a number of distributors/ retailers covered in
particular day effectively).
-Branding, Promotion and Ground Activities
a. Supporting the team in Conducting canopy activities in rural area along with MAs.
b. Support in Infra development through formation of new distributors, retailers and Kisan Mitras.
c. Formation of Kisan club with loyal customer base and convert some of them to Kisan Mitra for business expansion.
-Timely execution of indent and distribution of Cattle feed product with regular follow up with the distributors, Retailers, Logistics/Accounts person.
-Create good liaison with Airtel, IKSL SPOC, distributor and retailer
