Position - Sales Trainee

CTC Up to - 20K To 30K

Office Location - Sector - 63 ,H Block ,Noida - UP

Product - Extended Warranty on Electronic Home Appliances

Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:-

• Promote and sell extended warranty plans for home appliances to both existing and new customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Identify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, cold calling, and referrals.
• Assist customers in understanding the benefits of extended warranty coverage for their appliances.
• Help resolve any customer issues related to warranty claims or product concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
