Job Description


The Sales Trainee will be responsible vis-\xc3\x83 -vis for generating leads, managing pre-sales activities and maintaining post-sales engagement with customers. This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO SELL :Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets
  • Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads
Pre-Sales:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pre-sales materials
  • Outbound calling
Post-Sales Engagement:
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor\xc3\xa2s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant Internship or min. academic project experience
  • Experience in Sales Executive or relevant role will be preferable
  • Experience in B2C sale with EdTech will be preferable
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ambitious, Adaptive, Proactive
