We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Trainee to join our growing Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your sales skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
• Understand our current certification portfolio, work with Universities, enterprises to customize their training needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing after sales support & customer queries
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
• Work closely with the sales lead to share best practices, insights, and support each other's goals, must set-up minimum 1 meeting per day for the Sales Lead
Must Have:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for sales.
• A positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
