We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by creating professional documents, presentations, and reports that showcase our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating product-related documents (PPTs, Word files, etc.) to support the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop presentations and proposals that align with client needs and product offerings.
• Document product specifications, features, and benefits in a clear, concise, and visually appealing format.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to craft strategic content for customer-facing materials.
• Stay updated on product developments to ensure that all documentation reflects the most current information.
• Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Contribute to the creation of sales kits and product training materials.
• Maintain and organize a repository of templates and documents for easy access by the sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing documents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
