Job Summary :-

We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team focused on extended warranties for home appliances. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, learning about extended warranty products, and assisting customers with understanding the benefits of purchasing an extended warranty for their home appliances.

Roles & Responsiblities :-

• Product Knowledge Development:
• Learn in-depth about our extended warranty offerings for home appliances.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Sales Support:
• Assist senior sales staff in managing inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Participate in cold-calling, follow-ups, and qualifying leads under supervision.
• Support customers in making informed decisions about extended warranties based on their needs.
• Customer Engagement:
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and providing information about the warranty options available.
• Handle customer objections with a focus on building long-term relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
• Sales Reporting:
• Assist in tracking and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty sales, and follow-ups.
• Training & Development:
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Shadow senior sales staff to learn best practices and improve your sales abilities.
• Promotional Activities:
• Assist in promoting extended warranty programs during sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Support the marketing team in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling extended warranty products.
