Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Engagement:
• Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
2. Lead Management:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Update customer databases with contact information and call outcomes.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
3.Targets and Reporting:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in communication or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
• Knowledge of astrology or spirituality is not required but would be advantageous.
