The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products or services. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and market trends. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in our CRM system. Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role. Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
