Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote our solar energy solutions. As a Solar Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to explain the benefits of solar energy, answer their queries, and generate leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up with interested prospects.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to solar energy solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales appointments.
• Stay updated on the latest solar energy trends, products, and industry regulations.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer preferences and product enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and office applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ?8,554.27 - ?22,000.00 per month
