As a Sales Telecaller Representative at The Temple of Tattooz , your primary role will be to engage with potential customers, convert leads into appointments, and help grow our studio's client base. You will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to build strong customer relationships, educate potential clients about our services, and guide them towards booking a consultation or tattoo session. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to leads generated through various channels (website inquiries, social media, walk-ins, etc.), follow up with potential clients, and nurture them through the booking process.
• Consultation Scheduling: Use persuasive communication to convince leads to schedule in-studio consultations with our talented tattoo artists, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
• Sales Conversion: Close sales by converting leads into paying customers, ensuring that every potential client is properly guided and motivated to book a tattoo session.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Promotions & Offers: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and seasonal discounts to encourage bookings and drive sales.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper lead management.
• Customer Retention: Follow up with customers post-appointment, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business or referrals.

Requirements:

• Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or tattoo industry is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone.
• Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently persuade potential customers and close sales while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven by meeting sales targets, contributing to the growth of the studio, and ensuring high conversion rates.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and basic office tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email platforms.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect tattoo experience.
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
