We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to help prospective students explore MBA programs through phone calls. You'll provide information about courses, assist with the application process, and guide students in choosing the right MBA program, with the goal of converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective MBA students.
• Provide details about MBA programs, specializations, and admission processes.
• Understand student needs and offer personalized advice.
• Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
• Meet sales targets and report on progress.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in tele sales or customer service (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build rapport and understand student needs.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of MBA programs is a plus.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
• Experience in sales or counselling is a plus.
