Role and Responsibility
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Telecaller or a similar sales role,
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Answer questions about products or the company
Keep up with market trends to better service clients.
Identify client demands and offer solutions using the company's products and services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Providing clarity on progress and performance expectations through regular meetings.
Conducting each function with utmost respect, regardless of the actions of the others.
Keep a record of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Telecaller Requirements
Graduation in any field will be an added advantage
Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
Having done a sales-related training program
Knowledgeable with computers
Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
Having the capability to receive criticism without internalizing them
Language:
