Responsibilities
• Make calls to potential clients.
• Build friendly and professional relationships with leads.
• Ask questions to understand clients' needs, budget and preferences.
• Share accurate details about properties, prices and features.
• Educate clients on the real estate market and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with leads to maintain communication and relationships.
• Schedule appointments for sales reps to meet with interested clients.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and appointments.
• Work with the sales team to share updates and ensure smooth transitions.
• Stay updated on company policies and available properties.
