Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 + years in residential property sales to oversee and drive our sales operations in the Gwalior area.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to excel in a high-pressure sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential buildings.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the Gwalior market to drive growth and market share.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Client Acquisition: Oversee and support the acquisition of new clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Team Management: Manage team performance, conduct regular training sessions, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Pressure Management: Effectively handle and thrive under sales pressure, ensuring team and personal targets are met without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 + years of experience in field sales within the residential real estate sector, with a proven track record of success.
Location: Candidates must be based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, or willing to relocate.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Attributes : Ability to handle high-pressure sales situations, strategic thinker, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the Gwalior real estate market.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and performance metrics.
