Job Summary:
The International Tele Sales Executive (Technical) is responsible for making outbound calls to potential international clients, selling technical products or services, and providing support related to technical offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of technical products, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage sales through the complexities of international markets. The position focuses on driving sales by offering solutions that meet the specific needs of international customers in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential international customers or businesses to promote technical products or services.
• Identify new business opportunities in global markets by reaching out to decision-makers, including C-level executives, managers, or technical specialists.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets and technical solutions.
• Understand customers' unique requirements and recommend tailored technical solutions.
• Technical Knowledge and Consultation:
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise by explaining product specifications, functionalities, and benefits.
• Provide technical support or consultation to potential clients, helping them understand how the product or service can solve their specific problems.
• Assist in the customization or configuration of products to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during the sales process and escalate complex issues to technical support teams as necessary.
• Sales Conversion:
• Qualify leads based on customer interest, need, and purchasing capability, targeting high-value clients.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential international clients, from initial contact through to closing sales.
• Present pricing, packages, and contract details to international clients while handling negotiations and closing sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the technical products or services being sold (e.g., software, hardware, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking equipment, etc.).
• Sales Skills: Ability to sell complex technical solutions, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
• International Market Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in selling to international clients and markets, including cultural nuances and regional needs.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer concerns, both technical and business-related.
• Multilingual Skills (Optional but preferred): Fluency in additional languages (especially major international languages like Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Education & Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales or tele sales role, preferably with international clients.
• Experience with selling complex technical solutions, such as software products, IT services, or technical equipment.
• Familiarity with international business practices and cross-border sales processes.
Working Conditions:
• Location: Office-based or remote, depending on the company's setup.
• Salary 35K to 40K+ Incentive
