: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales TeleCaller to join our dynamic team at Adiyogam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, informing them about our yoga programs and retreats, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in the wellness and yoga industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Present and promote Adiyogam's yoga programs, retreats, and services effectively.
• Answer inquiries about the programs and assist customers in selecting the right options.
• Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain a database of calls and update records with relevant information.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and close sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Passionate about yoga and wellness is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
