• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
• Follow-Up : Reach out to leads who have shown interest, encouraging them to make a purchase.
• Feedback Collection : Gather insights from customers about their preferences and experiences to improve sales strategies.
