Job summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales to join our real estate sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are key for this role

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided Provide information about residential and commercial property project Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team Maintain and update the client database with accurate information Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:
