We are seeking a motivated and articulate Tele Sales Caller to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our premium wedding and luxury cake business. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, guiding them through our bespoke offerings, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

In this role, you will proactively reach out to leads generated from our social media platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels. Your primary responsibilities include understanding the unique needs of clients, providing detailed information about our luxury cakes, and offering tailored solutions that align with their vision. With excellent communication skills and a flair for relationship building, you will ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression that reflects the exclusivity of our brand.

Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated client database, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders. The ideal candidate has a persuasive yet customer-centric approach, thrives in a target-driven environment, and demonstrates a passion for creating memorable client experiences.

Pay: ?9,237.01 - ?20,000.00 per month
