The Sales Tele Caller is responsible for handling sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers, reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our services, generate leads, and close sales.This position requires the ability to build relationships with prospects, identify their needs, and offer solutions that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our graphic design services and daily following up on leads - Gather customer information, record details into CRM system, and update customer records as needed - Generate sales leads through cold calling. - Regularly learning sales objection handling trainings - Meeting sales quotas and goals set by management - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation & objection handling skills with the ability to resolve issues and convince clients
Proven sales calling experience
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Marketing or related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
Languages Known : English, Hindi, Gujarati
