• Job involves sourcing & nurturing of village level BC by building relationship & cross selling Assets & liability products and investment products. He/She would be the bridge between the village, BC and the bank branch.
• Managing & acquiring additional incremental customers from that particular village cluster for the bank through references/cold calling.
