Location : Guragon. Experience : 1-5 years source : Travel and Tourism background - Not from ticketing and hotel contracting or corporate. Key criteria : He/she should have managed a team of 5-10 people driving sales targets and GPM. : ? Sell travel products and tour packages ? products Knowledge and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism ? deliver and exceed team performance and productivity ? motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability ? meet regularly with team members to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work ? organise incentives, bonus schemes and competitions ? deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints. ? implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business ? oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business Travel Manager Requirements: ? A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality is required for corporate travel managers. ? A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry. ? A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience may be preferred. ? Knowledge of travel management processes. ? The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. ? A basic understanding of Geography
