Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth : Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for Ayurvedic products.
• Data Management : Analyze sales data using Excel to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and prepare futuristic sales strategies.
• Report Preparation : Use advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Team Management : Supervise and support the telesales team, ensuring high morale and engagement.
• Attrition Management : Proactively manage and reduce employee turnover by addressing team concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve sales goals and streamline team operations.

Qualifications

• Experience :
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO sector.
• Prior experience in an Ayurvedic sales-focused BPO is a strong advantage.

Skills :

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of sales data and the ability to use insights to plan future strategies.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
