: PR Visa Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of visa consultants to achieve targets.
• Provide guidance on PR visa applications and processes for countries like Canada, Australia, etc.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration laws and procedures.
• Train team members on policies, documentation, and client handling.
• Address client queries, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track and report team performance metrics regularly.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in immigration or visa consulting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of PR visa regulations and requirements.
• Ability to manage targets and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred:
• Prior team management experience in the immigration industry.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
