Job Description

The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate agents to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives. This role involves mentoring, training, and supporting team members, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance metrics.

Training and Development:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to agents to improve their sales techniques and client relationship management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is informed and equipped with the latest knowledge.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist team members in creating and implementing effective marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support agents in negotiations and deal closures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure team compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and management of all necessary documentation and records.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Recruitment and Retention:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new real estate agents.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture to retain top talent.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid real estate license in the state of operation.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
