- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exhibition services sector.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the event or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Immediate availability for joining is mandatory.
