In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for leading and empowering a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
You'll wear many hats, acting as a coach, mentor, and strategic leader to cultivate a dynamic and successful team environment within the Agency Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Motivation: Provide inspiring and supportive leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, achievement, and continuous learning.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talented insurance agents. Develop and implement training programs to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to thrive.
• Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Agency Channel, identifying new opportunities and maximizing team performance.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Regularly coach and mentor individual team members, providing personalized feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Agency Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative partnership for mutual success.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and clear communication with team members, agency partners, and other internal stakeholders.
