Job Summary

We seek an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, sales, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives

2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team targets

3. Set sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics

4. Conduct sales meetings, training, and coaching

5. Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends

6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Experience: 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience experience

3. Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales track record

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
