Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, mentoring team members, and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Oversee the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
• Training & Development:
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed to improve outcomes.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
