Position: Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate (Female)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong customer focus. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, driving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Set sales targets, track performance, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed targets.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure team growth.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profits.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects sales strategies.
Reporting and Strategy:
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid real estate license is preferred.

Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
