Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the EdTech industry to lead our business expansion . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both business development and team leadership, with a keen understanding of the education landscape and a passion for driving growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Strategic Business Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Delhi. \xc2\xb7 Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to promote our products and services. \xc2\xb7 Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth and differentiation. \xc2\xb7 Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. \xc2\xb7 Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closure. \xc2\xb7 Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of business development initiatives, and provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the EdTech industry, with a strong understanding of the education sector. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact in the education sector.
