As a Team Leader in Retail Sales , you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales performance within a designated route or area. The role demands strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of the local market, routes, and retail landscape.

Experience: Min2-3years in FMCG retail Sales (Snacks and Namkeen)
Responsibilities:
1. Route/Area Management :
• Use in-depth knowledge of the local area to optimize route planning for the team.
• Identify key retail outlets, prospects, and growth areas within the designated territory.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and time for the team to cover their routes effectively.
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated with competitors' activities in the assigned area.
2•. Customer Relationship Management•:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers within the area.
• Ensure that sales reps are providing high-quality customer service and follow-up on customer needs.
3•. Team Leadership & Development•:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail sales representatives.
• Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Monitor individual performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure that the team adheres to company policies and sales processes.
