Sales Team Leader
Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Develop, Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to excel in their roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers & patients.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the team\'s skills.
Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts.
Assist in budget management.
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven sales management experience, preferably in healthcare or Pharma industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
