Job Overview:

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of real estate agents. This position involves ensuring the team meets sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving overall performance and growth. The Sales Team Leader will also be instrumental in setting strategies, providing training, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team members, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to monitor progress, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Organize and lead team meetings to discuss market trends, updates, challenges, and successes.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team goals and company targets.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust tactics to increase sales performance.
• Help agents improve their sales techniques by providing guidance on pricing strategies, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Training and Development:
• Organize training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge in real estate sales, marketing, and negotiation.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve team members' performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Ensure new team members undergo comprehensive onboarding and mentoring to accelerate their integration into the team.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.
• Assist agents in managing key client accounts and resolving complex client issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for high-priority transactions or challenging situations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track individual and team performance against set targets, providing regular performance reports to upper management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
• Reward top-performing agents and encourage continuous professional development.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed of local and national real estate market trends, including property prices, demand, and competition.
• Share market insights with the team to help agents make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks such as ensuring listings are up to date, processing contracts, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop strategies that support team sales efforts.
• Foster a team-oriented culture where agents share best practices and support one another in achieving collective goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful sales record.
• Prior leadership or management experience in a sales environment is preferred.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
• Effective at building rapport with team members and fostering a positive, productive working environment.
• Sales Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and sales strategies.
• Ability to provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present, explain, and sell complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Organization and Time Management:

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Tech Savvy:
• Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, marketing platforms, and standard office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for business development is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Required: Active real estate license.
• Preferred: Sales or leadership training certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
