Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead at Teach Maven Bengaluru office. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication between the team and management.
Qualifications/Requirements
•Analytical Skills, Sales, and Communication skills
•Experience in team management and customer service
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets
•Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
•Should be from upskilling background
•Knowledge of the edtech industry is a plus
•Must have min 1 year experience in managing a team inupskilling background
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduation

•Package-4-5.5 Lpa+2.4L variable
