Requirements:-
? Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with sales experience.
? Experience of 1-3 years in sales-Team Handling/pre-sales/counselling/customer support
? Good analytical, excellent leadership & communication skills (English).
? Quick learning ability, adaptability to changing business needs.
? Real estate sales is the additional benefit.
Age Criteria : 30 to 32 Years old
Meeting Triage and Management:
•Evaluate and categorize incoming negotiation meeting requests: Assess validity, alignment with company objectives, and compliance with established criteria. Categorize meetings as valid or invalid, escalating invalid requests to the appropriate authority.
•Schedule and coordinate valid meetings: Manage logistics, prepare agendas, ensure availability of participants, and adhere to scheduling protocols.
•Maintain accurate meeting records: Track assessments, classifications, outcomes, and action items for all negotiation meetings.
Negotiation Support and Liaison:
•Collaborate with the legal team: Work closely with legal counsel throughout the negotiation process, ensuring compliance with legal requirement
Other details you should know before Applying:
1. Weekends (i.e. Saturday & Sundays) are working days. They are usually the busiest
2. First 2 months mandatory probation period with 1 paid leave allowed (apart from week-offs).
3. 6 days/week office. 1day fixed week-off selected between Tuesday or Wednesday.
4. General Office hours: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Minimum 8 hours each work-day).
5. Total 30 days leaves in a year.
6. Work from office only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?166,739.13 - ?536,202.00 per year
