• Managing existing Retailers, Identify & appoint new retail partners, monitor the sales network, implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets. Tracking collections. Managing sales Promotions & incentive schemes.
• Responsible for the sales development of a given area and to achieve or exceed the sales targets
• Cultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwill
• To meet Companyxe2x80x99s guidelines on visual merchandising.
• Monitor retail sales to follow consumer purchase trends
• Collect orders and payments due to maintain a viable relationship between the Retailer and Organization
• Maintain a constant surveillance on competitive activities to ensure that the Organization is ahead of the competition
• Recording daily sales reports based on market visits
• Visit up-country Retailers to perform duties as is done in base-town on a weekly basis xc2xb7 Prepare report on major competitorxe2x80x99s strengths/weaknesses for planning purposes.
• Any ad-hoc jobs that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Your ideal profile:

• 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience, minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Track record in delivering sales results through structured department store operations procedures and disciplines.
• Ability to plan and work medium and long term, based on logical analysis of current market and department store productivity.
• Understands how to obtain and interpret Sales & Marketing KPIxe2x80x99s
• Lingerie and/or Apparel product knowledge is an advantage
• Personal / professional sensibility to Retail and Brands
• Proficient in MS Office.
