• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, customer inquiries, and order processing.
• Prepare and handle quotations, invoices, and sales documents in coordination with relevant departments.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly.
• Order Management
• Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate restocking as necessary.
• Verify and update order information in the system, maintaining accurate records.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups on customer feedback, handle complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations, promotional activities, and client meetings.
• Sales Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update sales data, including forecasts, targets, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Generate reports on sales activities, order status, and inventory levels for management review.
• Analyze sales trends to identify areas of improvement and assist in planning sales strategies.
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries and address any delivery-related issues.
• Support the sales team during events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare products.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple orders and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the dental products industry.
• Knowledge of dental product terminology and industry practices.
• Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.
