We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can join immediately and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a software company and will be responsible for driving lead conversion, conducting market research, gathering client requirements, and providing exceptional sales and marketing support. You must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Identify and convert potential leads into clients through effective engagement and follow-up.

  • CRM Updates: Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination for business deals.
