Key Responsibilities Areas: 1. Support the sales team with capturing, measuring, tracking, and analytics relevant to sales functional areas 2. Partnering with Sales to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data 3. Partner with the Sales Dept to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards 4. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes - excel automation, etc. 5. Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with respective business Sales teams 6. Create fortnightly, monthly, and Quarterly content for executive dashboard reporting 7. Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment 8. Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management. 9. Maintain regular check-ins with Sales s and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving 10. Managing and maintaining sales data in excel and later in CRM Skills: 1. 7-10 years of work experience in a similar role of Sales MIS, Sales Support Data Analyst, Business Analyst 2. Proficiency in creating reports and managing dashboards 3. Bachelor\'s/PG degree required, technical or business-related field preferred 4. Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact. 5. Advanced Excel skills 6.
